1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how KT Tech Labs ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") processes information when you use the Hak Yolu - Zikir, Ezan, Kur'an mobile application ("Application").
The Application is provided free of charge and includes advertising-supported features.
2. Information We Process
Depending on the features used, the Application and its integrated third-party services may process the following categories of information:
- Precise or approximate device location, when location permission is granted.
- Device information, operating system information, and technical identifiers.
- IP addresses and connection-related information when communicating with online services.
- Advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information processed by advertising services.
- Locally stored preferences, including the last known coordinates and advertising consent choices.
The exact information processed by external services may depend on your device settings, permissions, privacy choices, and the provider's practices.
3. Location Information
The Application requests ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permissions to provide location-based features.
Location information is used for:
- Calculating and displaying prayer times for your geographical location.
- Calculating Qibla direction.
- Finding nearby mosques and places of worship.
- Displaying location information and updating location-dependent results.
Latitude and longitude coordinates are sent to the Aladhan API to retrieve prayer times. Coordinates are also sent to Overpass API services based on OpenStreetMap data to retrieve nearby mosque information.
The Application stores the last known latitude and longitude locally on your device to support prayer time functionality when a fresh location is temporarily unavailable.
According to the reviewed application implementation, the Application does not request Android's background location permission and does not perform continuous background GPS tracking.
The Service Provider does not maintain its own server-side database of users' location history. External API providers may process connection information and submitted coordinates according to their own policies.
4. Advertising and Unity Ads
The Application uses Unity Ads to display banner and interstitial advertisements.
Unity Ads may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, technical data, diagnostic data, and advertising interaction information, depending on its applicable privacy practices.
The Application provides a privacy and advertising preference screen with Accept and Reject options before initializing Unity Ads on first use.
Your advertising consent preference is stored locally and communicated to Unity Ads using its privacy metadata mechanism. You may change this preference in the Application's Settings screen.
Rejecting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements. Non-personalized or otherwise permitted advertising and associated limited processing may still occur, subject to applicable law and provider practices.

5. Firebase and Application Content
The Application uses Google Firebase Cloud Firestore to retrieve content such as prayers, hadiths, and dhikr information.
The reviewed application code reads this content from Firestore and does not intentionally upload users' names, email addresses, or GPS coordinates to the developer's Firestore collections.
Firebase and Google may process service-related technical information when providing these services.

6. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates the following third-party services:
- Unity Ads — advertising services.
- Google Play Services — Android platform and location-related services.
- Google Firebase — application content delivery.
- Aladhan API — prayer time information.
- OpenStreetMap and Overpass API — nearby mosque information.
Third-party providers may operate under their own privacy notices and data retention practices.
7. Data Retention
The Application stores certain information locally, including the last known location and advertising preferences, to support its functionality.
You can remove locally stored application information through the device's application data controls or by uninstalling the Application, subject to the operating system's backup and restoration behavior.
Information independently processed by third-party providers may be retained according to their own applicable policies and legal obligations.

8. Your Choices and Rights
You may manage location permissions through your device settings and update advertising preferences through the Application's Settings.
Depending on your location and applicable privacy law, you may have rights to request information about personal data processing, access personal information, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent.

9. Children's Privacy
The Application is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information requiring deletion, please contact us. Advertising and children's privacy requirements may vary depending on jurisdiction and age.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information processed in connection with the Application. However, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. International Data Processing
Third-party services used by the Application may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Such processing is subject to applicable legal requirements and the relevant provider's policies.
